Do I have to pay a full month rent at move in?
No the rent is prorated by day so you only pay for the days you are in the unit to the end of the month. For example a unit rents for $30 and you move in on the 16th - rent would be $15 or $1 for each day to the end of the month. Rent is due the first day of each month. After the 5th day of the month a late charge is assessed to the account. Minimum stay is 30 days.

What is the minimum length of time I must rent the unit?
The minimum stay length is 1 month or 30 days. After that you are free to stay as long as you want.
Can anybody enter this property or do you need a PIN number?
No we have an electronic gate/door system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to control and monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.
What is climate control?
Climate control is a feature that we offer at many of our facilities. Our climate controlled units maintain a temperature of 55 to 85 degrees. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from the extreme temperatures.
Why is 2nd floor storage cheaper?
There is no elevator so if you are storing for an extended period of time and do not need to remove items it is a one time up saving on average are 33% cheaper than the first floor. After 3 months of 33% savings you essentially get a free month while still enjoying the benefits of climate controlled storage.
What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
An outdoor unit has drive-up access from outside. An indoor unit is within the property and will require you to go inside to access your unit.
Do you require Insurance on unit contents?
Insurance is an optional purchase. Sometimes you are covered with either your home owners or renters insurance policy (please check with your insurance agency). We don't require you to purchase insurance but we do offer it should you need it. Please be aware of this before you store your belongings.
What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.
What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the facility, that gives you the ability to unload and load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.
What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours the Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours ask your Store Manager for information about 24-hour access.
How far in advance can I book a reservation?
We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance to help you plan ahead.
What kind of security do you have?
We take great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state-of-the-art security. We feature electronic doors with coded access, monitored video surveillance, fenced and well-lit facilities, individual door alarms.
What are the payment terms?
Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We also offer monthly AutoPay. We can automatically charge your Mastercard®, Visa®, or debit card each month. Pre-payments of 1 year could qualify for additional discounts.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard®, and Visa®.
What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5x5, or 25 square feet, to 10x30, or 300 square feet. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our online size estimator and the help of our Store Managers who are trained to assist you in this process.
Can I buy boxes and other packing products ?
Yes. We offer a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies.
Do you have video cameras?
Yes we use video cameras as a security measure. Cameras are generally located at the point of entry and exit and other areas around the facility. The number of cameras and the type of system that is installed at each facility will vary based on the design of the facility.
